Nice apartment in Lippo di Calderara, at a convenient distance from Bologna Airport and well connected to the center of Bologna. The apartment offers a private parking and garage, a double bedroom, living room with double sofa bed, equipped kitchen, veranda, bathroom with shower and washing machine, unlimited wifi, air conditioning and will be prepared with linen for the beds and towels for every guest.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building with a lift, therefore there will be no flight of stairs to reach the apartment.
The apartment will be delivered with high hotel standard towels and linens and single-dose bath products, as well as basic necessities in the kitchen (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

The apartment is located in Lippo di Calderara, just outside Bologna, at a strategic distance from Bologna airport, reachable in less than 5 minutes by car. In about 10 minutes by car you can reach the Maggiore hospital and the Unipol Arena. The neighborhood is quiet and well served and in two minutes on foot you can reach a bus stop that allows you to reach the center of Bologna.

It will be possible to drive directly to the apartment and use the garage or private parking space included. A two minute walk there is a bus stop that allows you to reach the center of Bologna and other destinations.
