Lovely, newly renovated flat located in the historic centre at a strategic distance from Bologna Central Station. Equipped with a fully equipped kitchen in the living area, two double bedrooms with a private bathroom for each, air conditioning, unlimited wifi, a perfect base for discovering the beautiful city of Bologna!

The flat is on the 1st floor of a building without a lift, so there will be two flights of stairs to climb. The flat will be provided with towels and bed linen of a high hotel standard and single-serving toiletries, as well as basic kitchen necessities (salt, oil, sugar, electric kettle with tea and herbal teas, coffee machine with capsules)

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.
