Spacious and centrally located apartment, situated on one of the city's main streets and just a few minutes' walk from Piazza Maggiore. The ground floor comprises an entrance hall leading to a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with two pull-out single beds, and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs there is a double bedroom and a single bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. The apartment has a washing machine, unlimited WiFi and air conditioning in all rooms.

The flat is located on the ground floor and is spread over two floors, so there are stairs to climb. The flat will be provided with towels and linen of a high hotel standard and single-use toiletries, as well as basic kitchen essentials (salt, oil, sugar, electric kettle with tea and herbal teas, coffee machine with capsules).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

The flat is located within the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) in the city centre. Upon request, at the time of booking we will provide you with all the information you need to reach the flat and park your car.

The flat is located in the historic centre of Bologna, within easy reach of the Central Station and the main city attractions, which can be reached on foot:

St. Peter's Cathedral: 8 minutes on foot
Two Towers: 14 minutes on foot
Archiginnasio: 15 minutes on foot
