Newly renovated apartment in a modern style located in an elegant building at the foot of the two towers, with a window sill that directly overlooks them. Fully equipped and finely furnished, it provides unlimited Wifi, double 40 "HD TV, air conditioning, washing machine and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
In the historic center, it will allow you to reach the main city attractions in a few minutes' walk!

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building with lift and consists of a portion of a private terrace in the common courtyard (from March it will be set up with a table and chairs), entrance to the living area with a fully equipped kitchen with a kettle, coffee maker, microwave oven and fridge, double sofa bed in front of HD 40 "television, double bedroom with large wardrobe, HD 40" TV, bathroom with shower, washing machine with drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Located inside the Galleria Acquaderni, it is located in a prestigious area and at a strategic distance on foot from the main places of interest in the city.
The apartment will be equipped with high hotel standard towels and linens and single-dose bath products, as well as basic necessities in the kitchen (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

The apartment is located in the heart of the city, a stone's throw from the Two Towers and the main square.
