Modern and bright apartment in the center of Bologna, strategically located between the station and the historic center. Very spacious, it consists of 2 apartments joined but separable if privacy is desired, with 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens, up to 6 beds. On the third floor of a building with lift, it will allow you to visit the main attractions of the city within easy walking distance.

Large apartment consisting of a two-room apartment and a studio apartment joined together, obtaining a space consisting of 1 living area with equipped kitchen, dining table, flat-screen TV and double sofa bed, 2 complete bathrooms with shower and washing machine, 1 bedroom double, 1 double bedroom, studio with equipped kitchen, table and TV. Unlimited Wifi throughout the apartment, air conditioning.
The apartment will be supplied with high hotel standard towels and linens and single-dose bath products, as well as basic necessities in the kitchen (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.
