Lupari Apartment

Prestigious apartment in a historic Bolognese building from the 15th century. a few steps from the two towers, equipped with a double bedroom, a single room, a kitchen and an elegant lounge with balcony overlooking the Torre degli Asinelli with a double sofa bed. With wifi and air conditioning, it is located in a central position that will allow you to visit Bologna by foot, ideal for families or groups who want to enjoy the historic center of Bologna by staying in an ancient building.

The apartment is located on the third floor of a building equipped with lift and is therefore easily accessible without making flights of stairs.
The apartment will be delivered with high hotel standard towels and linens and single-dose bath products, as well as basic necessities in the kitchen (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

The house is located in a street in the historic center of Bologna, a few steps from the two towers, the area is full of shops, restaurants and clubs for breakfast or an aperitif. From here you can reach all the main attractions of the city on foot:
