A spacious and elegant, recently renovated flat located in Bologna’s historic centre, just a few minutes’ walk from the city’s main attractions. It comprises an entrance hall leading into a living room with a sofa bed and a smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with an extendable dining table, two double bedrooms each with a smart TV and a desk, and a fully fitted bathroom with a shower. Air conditioning and unlimited WiFi are provided. It will be the perfect base from which to explore the city of Bologna.

The apartment is situated on the mezzanine floor of a building with a lift, so there are no flights of stairs to climb to reach it. The apartment will be provided with towels and bed linen of a high hotel standard, single-use toiletries, as well as essential kitchen supplies (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

For reservations exceeding 30 nights, we require a security deposit of €300, which will be refunded upon check-out.

The property is situated on a quiet street in Bologna’s historic centre, within easy reach of the Two Towers. The area is full of shops, restaurants and bars where you can enjoy breakfast or an aperitif. From here, you can reach all the city’s main attractions on foot:

The flat is located within a restricted-access zone, so it is not possible to reach the flat by car without a permit. If required, we will provide you with details of the various parking options in the area when you make your booking.
