Lovely flat on the 4th floor of a building in the centre of Bologna with lift. It consists of entrance on living area with equipped kitchen, dining table, double sofa bed, TV and small private balcony, double bedroom with TV, bathroom with shower and washing machine. Air conditioning, unlimited wifi.

The flat is on the 4th floor of a building with a lift, so there are no flights of stairs to climb to reach it. The flat will be delivered with towels and bed linen of a high hotel standard and single-dose toiletries, as well as basic kitchen necessities (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

The flat is located within the restricted car access area (ZTL), therefore it is not possible to reach the flat by car without a permit, which can be purchased through the Bologna city council's web service, we will provide you with all the necessary information on request.
