Lovely flat located in a quiet street in the city centre, within easy walking distance of the city's main attractions. It consists of an entrance onto an equipped kitchen with private cavity, a complete bathroom with shower, a wardrobe corridor (with washing machine) leading to the living room, equipped with a dining table, a double sofa bed and a smart TV. A staircase leads to the mezzanine with the sleeping area, consisting of a double bed, a desk and a wardrobe. Air conditioning and Wifi

The flat is located on the mezzanine floor of a building without a lift, so there will be a few flights of stairs to reach it, only one step from the lift to the flat. The flat will be delivered with towels and bed linen of a high hotel standard and single-serving toiletries, as well as basic kitchen necessities (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.
