Marsala Terrace Apartment

Lovely flat located in the historic centre of Bologna, within easy reach of the city's main attractions. It consists of an entrance on a living area with a fully equipped kitchen (2-burner stove, electric oven, refrigerator, kettle), table, single sofa bed and access to a wonderful panoramic terrace with a view of roofs, bell towers and towers, sleeping area with double bed, large wardrobe, bathroom with large shower and washing machine, unlimited wifi and air conditioning.

The flat is located on the 4th floor of a building without a lift, so there will be a few flights of stairs to reach it and is therefore not suitable if you have mobility problems. The flat will be delivered with towels and bed linen of a high hotel standard and single-dose toiletries, as well as basic kitchen necessities (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

The flat is located within the restricted car access area, therefore it is not possible to reach the flat by car without a permit, at the time of booking we will provide you with nearby parking options.

The flat is located in the heart of the city, particularly convenient for the university area, from where you can reach all the main attractions of the city on foot:

Archiginnasio: 10 minutes' walk
Municipal Theatre: 4 minutes' walk
Basilica of Santo Stefano: 9 minutes' walk
