Spacious and elegant apartment located in the historic center of Bologna, directly opposite the recently renovated Reno Canal Pedestrian Walkway. It consists of a large entrance hall, a bright living room with two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, an elegant fully equipped kitchen, two single bedrooms and one double bedroom, two full bathrooms with showers, a washing machine, and unlimited WiFi.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator, so there are no stairs to climb to reach the apartment.
The apartment will be provided with high-quality hotel-standard towels and linens, single-use toiletries, and basic kitchen supplies (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

There are several paid parking lots near the apartment where you can leave your car. We will provide you with various parking options when you make your reservation.

The apartment is located on a quiet street in the historic center of Bologna, a short distance from the two towers. The area is full of shops, restaurants, and places to have breakfast or an aperitif. From here, you can reach all the main attractions of the city on foot:

Piazza Maggiore: 14 minutes on foot
Two Towers: 17 minutes on foot
Archiginnasio: 19 minutes on foot
Basilica of San Francesco: 7 minutes on foot
Mercato delle Erbe: 7 minutes on foot
Central Station: 17 minutes on foot

For reservations exceeding 30 nights, we require a security deposit of €300, which will be refunded upon check-out.
