Mascarella Lodge

Quiet and comfortable flat located in the historic centre of Bologna, within walking distance of the city's main attractions. It consists of an open-plan entrance hall with living room and fully equipped kitchen, sofa bed, Smart TV and dining table. Full bathroom with shower. Loft area with double bed. Air conditioning and unlimited WiFi. It will be the perfect base for discovering the city of Bologna.

The flat is located on the ground floor, so there are no stairs to climb to reach it. The flat will be provided with towels and linen of a high hotel standard and single-use toiletries, as well as basic kitchen essentials (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

For reservations exceeding 30 nights, we require a security deposit of €300, which will be refunded upon check-out.

The flat is located in the centre of Bologna, within easy reach of the railway station, the university area (John Hopkins, Municipal Theatre, National Art Gallery) and the historic centre. There are car parks nearby and, in particular, a private car park just a few minutes' walk away.

- Piazza Maggiore: 19 minutes on foot
- Two towers: 14 minutes on foot
- Finestrella di Via Piella: 12 minutes on foot

The street is not accessible by car without a restricted traffic zone permit, but there are private car parks nearby. At the time of booking, we will provide you with all the information you need for parking and reaching the flat.
