Charming and cozy two-room apartment located in a strategic area within easy reach of the historic center and close to Sant'Orsola Hospital. It consists of an entrance hall leading to a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with Smart TV and sofa bed separated from the sleeping area by a partition, a double bed, and a full bathroom with shower. Washing machine, unlimited WiFi, and air conditioning in all rooms. It will be the perfect base for discovering the city of Bologna.

The apartment is located on the ground floor, so there are no stairs to climb to reach it. The apartment will be provided with towels and linens of a high hotel standard and single-use toiletries, as well as basic kitchen essentials (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

For reservations exceeding 30 nights, we require a security deposit of €300, which will be refunded upon check-out.
