Cozy apartment between the medieval and the modern style, located close to the historic center and to many city attractions. Ideal for couples looking for a romantic place to spend their stay in Bologna, but also for friends or solitary travelers looking for a quiet place in the city center.

Cozy studio apartment in the heart of the medieval city, a few minutes walk from Piazza Maggiore and the Two Towers. The accommodation is located on the ground floor of a beautiful historical building typical of the old Bologna. The apartment has a small kitchen equipped with everything you need (stove, oven, electric kettle, fridge, freezer, pots, dishes, etc.), a dining table, a small sofa bed, a double sofa bed (the only bed in the house ) and a lounge chair .The windows are new and with soundproof glass, the air conditioner is high quality and emits both cold air for the summer and hot air for the winter. There are also TV (with HDMI cable to connect your pc), speakers (with jack cable to connect the smartphone), washer-dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, high-speed fiber optics internet wi-fi, hotel-quality towels and linens.

Guests have access to the entire house, including a small laundry room with washer dryer inside the house, an entire closet in entrance and bathroom with shower, bidet and electric water heater of 80lt. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.
