Elegant flat recently renovated and located on the ground floor of a building in a very quiet area with private parking. Comprising entrance onto living area with double sofa bed in front of large flat screen TV, dining table, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with three single beds (can be joined on request), walk-in wardrobe, bathroom with large shower and washing machine. Air conditioning and unlimited wifi.

The flat is located on the ground floor, so there are no flights of stairs to climb to reach it. The flat will be delivered with towels and bed linen of a high hotel standard and single-dose toiletries, as well as basic kitchen necessities (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

The flat is equipped with a self check-in system. Once your booking is confirmed, we will provide you with all the details you need to access and complete the online check-in.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.
