Bright apartment with terrace and private parking, studio area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with large shower, air conditioning and lift. The apartment is located in front of Mambo museum, short distance from Cavaticcio Park and a 9-minute walk from the central station.

The apartment is ideal for those who want to stay in a quiet area of Bologna but not far from the center. The space is suitable for 2-3 people and equipped with all the comforts (TV, air conditioning, WiFi internet, dishwasher, washing machine), the terrace allows you to have an outside space to relax. The bed is lofted and is reached with a wooden ladder, which leaves room for the desk, ideal for those who need to study or work. In the living room the single sofa bed can accommodate a third person, or otherwise you can have different areas if you wish two separate beds.
The flat is located on the 4th floor of a building with a lift, so you will not need to climb flights of stairs to reach the flat.
The flat will be delivered with towels and bed linen of a high hotel standard and single-dose toiletries, as well as basic kitchen necessities (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

The main room of the house is the living room, where there is a single sofa bed, TV, air conditioning, WiFi internet, a kitchen with stove, dishwasher, oven and fridge. From the living room you have access to a terrace where you can relax on the armchairs. The bedroom is furnished with a closet, study area with desk and ergonomic chair, and a mezzanine double bed (140cm x 200cm). Next to the room is the bathroom with toilet, large double shower and washing machine. In the condo yard a free car parking is available.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.
