Lovely flat located in one of the most beautiful areas in the centre of Bologna, quiet and well-kept. Composed of entrance on living area with double sofa bed in front of smartTV, equipped kitchen, dining table, two bedrooms, one double with en suite bathroom and one single, another bathroom near the entrance (both bathrooms with shower). Washing machine, unlimited Wifi.

The flat is on the 2nd floor of a building with no lift, so there will be a few flights of stairs to reach it. The flat will be delivered with towels and bed linen of a high hotel standard and single-dose toiletries, as well as basic kitchen necessities (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

The flat is located within the restricted car access area, so it is not possible to reach the flat by car without a permit. If necessary, we will provide you with the various parking options in the area at the time of booking.

The flat is located in the heart of the city, a comfortable distance from the station, from where you can reach all the main attractions of the city on foot:

Piazza Maggiore: 12 minutes
Two towers: 14 minutes on foot
Archiginnasio: 8 minutes on foot
Basilica di Santo Stefano: 12 minutes on foot
Basilica di San Domenico: 5 minutes on foot
