Oberdan Terrace

Spacious and elegant flat located in one of the most central and characteristic streets of the city, within walking distance of the main attractions. It consists of an entrance hall leading to a large living room with a sofa, a sofa bed and a smart TV, a large terrace with city views, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest bathroom, one double bedroom and one bedroom with a French bed, a second bathroom with shower and washing machine. Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms.

The flat is located on the 5th floor of a building with a lift, so there are no stairs to climb to reach it.
The flat will be provided with towels and linen of a high hotel standard and single-use toiletries, as well as basic kitchen essentials (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

The flat is located within the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) in the city centre. Upon request, we will provide you with all the information you need to reach the flat and park your car when you make your booking.

The flat is located in the heart of the city, just a few minutes' walk from the Two Towers and the main square.
