Spacious and quiet flat located in a quiet residential area a short distance from the centre of Bologna and many university faculties, comprising entrance hall leading to living area with fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dining table, double bedroom with 2 single beds, large wardrobe and desk, single bedroom with desk, full bathroom with shower, air conditioning, unlimited Wi-Fi and a pleasant private outdoor area with table and chairs.

The flat is located on the 1st floor of a building without a lift, so you will need to climb a few flights of stairs to reach it.
The flat will be provided with towels and linen of a high hotel standard and single-use toiletries, as well as basic kitchen essentials (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At check-in, I or one of my colleagues will meet guests to show them the flat and give them the keys. We will then be available during their stay to help with any issues.

Check-ins are carried out in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the flat is thoroughly cleaned and prepared. If the flat is ready earlier, it will be possible to check in earlier. After 11 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m., it will still be possible to check in in person with a supplement of £20 to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is the option of free self check-in on request.

Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. to allow time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no bookings coming in, late check-out is possible until 1:00 p.m. at no extra cost. If necessary, we provide a luggage storage service on request at our office in the city centre.

For bookings of more than 30 nights, we require a security deposit of €300, which will be returned upon check-out.
