Amazing flat with fine finishes and a small terrace overlooking Piazza Maggiore. Equipped with double bedroom, spacious living room with sofas and TV, audio system with CDs, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with marble walls and complete with everything, wifi, air conditioning, it will be the perfect base for your stay in Bologna!

The apartment is located on the third floor of a building without a lift, therefore it will be necessary to go up flights of stairs to reach it. The apartment will be equipped with high hotel standard towels and linens and single-dose bath products, as well as basic necessities in the kitchen (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee with mocha).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.
