Cosy flat on the first floor of a quiet building in the Pratello area, close to many clubs and restaurants but in a quiet street with an internal view. The room is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: air conditioning, TV, equipped kitchen, dining area, study area, bedroom and bathroom with shower. Recently renovated and refurnished, the heating is autonomous, and the wifi internet connection is fibre optic.

The apartment consists of the living area, equipped with a sitting area, with single sofa bed and TV; kitchen area, with gas stove, oven, electric kettle, mocha and everything needed for cooking, and dining area. There are washing machine, Daikin air conditioner (only in the living area, but the fresh air also comes well in the sleeping area) and Fastweb wifi modem with optical fiber technology.
In the sleeping area, which can be completely darkened with curtains, there is a desk for working or studying, a double bed and a small walk-in closet. The windowed bathroom, with quality finishes, recently renovated, with bidet and large shower completes the space.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building without a lift, therefore it will be necessary to make a few flights of stairs to reach the apartment.
The apartment will be delivered with high hotel standard towels and linens and single-dose bath products, as well as basic necessities in the kitchen (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the apartment. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.
