Red Flat

Lovely studio apartment in a residential area within easy reach of the historic centre and the S. Orsola Polyclinic. It consists of entrance on living area with equipped kitchen, dining table, TV and air conditioning, separate sleeping area with double bed, full bathroom with shower and washing machine. Unlimited Wifi

The flat is on the first floor of a residential building, so there will be flights of stairs to reach it.

The flat will be delivered with towels and bed linen of a high hotel standard and single-dose toiletries, as well as basic kitchen necessities (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

At check-in I or one of my staff members will meet guests to show them the flat and give them the keys, then we will be available during their stay for any problems. Check-in is normally from 15:00 until 23:00, however an extension of this time will be possible, with a maximum time of 1:30, with an extra charge of 20€ to be paid on arrival.
