Charming apartment located in a quiet residential area, within walking distance of Bologna's city center, conveniently close to the S.Orsola Hospital and the Bologna Fair. It consists of an entrance into the living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, a double sofa bed with a smart TV, a small terrace, a bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe, and a bathroom with a washing machine and shower. Air conditioning and unlimited Wi-Fi are available.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building without an elevator, so there are a few flights of stairs to climb to reach it.

The apartment will be provided with towels and linens of a high hotel standard, single-use toiletries, as well as basic kitchen supplies (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

At check-in, either I or one of my collaborators will meet the guests to show them the apartment and hand over the keys. We will also be available during the stay for any issues. Check-in is usually from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, but an extension of this time is possible, with a maximum check-in time of 1:30 AM, for an additional fee of €20 to be paid upon arrival.
