Lovely flat located in the historic centre, a few steps from Piazza Maggiore, the Two Towers and the city's main attractions. Comprising entrance onto living area with kitchen, double sofa bed, 1st double bedroom with desk, mezzanine floor with single bed and armchairs with TV, 2nd double bedroom, bathroom with shower. Air conditioning and unlimited wifi.

The flat is on the 1st floor of a building with a lift, so there are no flights of stairs to climb to reach it. The flat will be delivered with towels and bed linen of a high hotel standard and single-dose toiletries, as well as basic kitchen necessities (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At check-in I or one of my co-workers will meet the guests to show them the flat and give them the keys, then we will be available during their stay for any problems.

Check-ins are carried out in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, it will be possible to check in earlier. After 23.00 and until 01.30 it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is by 11.00 a.m. to allow time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no bookings coming in, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

The flat is located in the heart of the city, a stone's throw from the main square.
