Residenza Marconi

Large flat located in the historic centre in one of the most important streets of the city. It consists of an entrance hallway leading to the 4 double bedrooms, all with wardrobes and TV. Spacious fully equipped kitchen with dining table and double sofa bed. It will be the perfect base for exploring the city of Bologna.

The flat is located on the 1st floor of a building with lift, so you will not need to climb flights of stairs to reach the flat.
The flat will be delivered with towels and bed linen of a high hotel standard and single-dose toiletries, as well as basic kitchen necessities (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

The flat is located within the restricted car access area, so it is not possible to reach the flat by car without a permit. If necessary, we will provide you with the various parking options in the area at the time of booking.

The apartment is located in a quiet street in the historic centre of Bologna, within easy reach of the two towers. The area is full of shops, restaurants and places to have breakfast or an aperitif. From here you can reach all the main attractions of the city on foot:
