Stilish studio inside a palace of historical importance, located in the historic center of Bologna will allow you to reach the main attractions of the city on foot. It consists of entrance, fully equipped kitchen, dining table, double sofa bed, smart TV, double bed, air conditioning, bathroom with shower, unlimited wifi.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building equipped with a lift (it's a slow lift), so there will be no ramps of stairs to walk to reach it. The apartment will be delivered with towels and linen of high hotel standard and single-dose bath products, as well as essential products in the kitchen (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

The apartment is located within an area with limited car access, therefore it is not possible to reach the apartment by car without a permit, at the time of booking we will provide you with parking options nearby.
