Rismondo Suite

Elegant 2-storey flat located in a very central position in the historic centre of Bologna. Equipped with entrance on living area with fully equipped kitchen, sofa and armchair bed, bathroom, 2nd floor with double bedroom, it can accommodate up to 5 guests.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a building equipped with an elevator, therefore there will be no steps to climb. There will be bed linen and towels of high hotel standard for all guests, as well as single-dose products for the bathroom. The apartment will be delivered with high hotel standard towels and linens and single-dose bath products, as well as basic necessities in the kitchen (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee)

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

The apartment is located in the heart of the city, a stone's throw from Piazza Maggiore, from here you can reach all the main attractions of the city on foot:
