Romagnoli Apartment

Spacious and bright flat with private parking in a quiet residential area of Bologna. Equipped with two double rooms and a double sofa bed in the spacious living room, it can accommodate up to 6 guests. Well-connected and a short distance from the city centre, it will be a perfect base for your stay in Bologna.

The flat is on the first floor of a building without a lift. It consists of an entrance hall, a large living room with TV and a double sofa bed, a balcony with table and chairs, an equipped kitchen and a small veranda. Two double bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Bathroom with bath, hairdryer and single products. The flat will be prepared with linen and towels of a high hotel standard, equipped with unlimited Wifi, independent heating and private parking within the condominium courtyard.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

The flat is located in a residential area served by numerous shops and well connected to the city centre by public transport, or reachable on foot in about 30 minutes.
