Spacious apartment located in a quiet residential neighborhood at a convenient distance from the historic center and a 10-minute walk from Sant'Orsola Hospital. It consists of large entrance hall, full kitchen with sofa, Smart Tv and dining table, three double bedrooms all with ample closet space, full bathroom with shower and washing machine. Unlimited WiFi and air conditioning in all rooms.

The apartment is located on the ground floor, so you will only need to take a few steps to reach the apartment.
The apartment will be delivered with towels and linens of high hotel standard and single-serving toiletries, as well as basic kitchen necessities (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment. At check-in I or one of my staff members will meet guests to show them the apartment and give them the keys, then we will be available during their stay for any problems.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment starting at 3 p.m. to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the apartment be ready earlier, earlier check-in will be possible. Beyond 11 p.m. and until 1:30 a.m., it will still be possible to check in in person with a 20€ surcharge to be paid upon arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option upon request.

Check out is to be done by 11 a.m. to ensure time for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next reservation. If there are no incoming reservations it will be possible to check out late by 1:00 pm and at no additional cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service upon request in our office in the city center.

The apartment is located in the Cyrenaica neighborhood, which is residential, quiet, and equipped with every service. There is a bar near the apartment, and there are restaurants and stores around it, as well as a well-stocked covered market. Within a few minutes' walk you can reach city bus stops that will allow you to get around the city in comfort even if you do not have a car.

There are several bus stops within a few minutes' walk to every place in the city. There are paid parking lots in front of the apartment, or free parking lots about a 5/10 minute walk away.
