Modern style apartment in a building in the historic center of Bologna. It consists of a large room with equipped kitchen, double sofa bed, access to a balcony overlooking the street, double bedroom, bathroom with large shower, unlimited Wifi, air conditioning, independent heating. The apartment is located within easy walking distance of the main city attractions, a perfect location to visit Bologna!

Located on the 1st floor of a building without a lift, it overlooks the street but is silent thanks to the low-emission and anti-noise fixtures available.
It can accommodate up to 4 guests: 2 in the double bedroom and 2 in the double sofa bed in the lounge.
The kitchen consists of a 4-seater induction hob, electric oven, moka and coffee maker, kettle and tea, fridge, dishwasher and all useful utensils for preparing meals.
The bathroom has a washing machine, hairdryer and large shower.
The heating is independent as well as the air conditioning, and both are produced by the two wall split in the apartment.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, which will be delivered accompanied by high hotel standard sheets and towels and a set of single-dose products for the bathroom. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

The apartment is located within the historic city center and from it you can walk to the main city attractions:

-Basilica di San Francesco: 10 minutes on foot
-Piazza Maggiore: 15 minutes on foot
- Due Torri: 18 minutes on foot
- Archiginnasio library: 18 minutes on foot
- Central station: 20 minutes on foot, 10 by bus
- Fair: 15 minutes by car, 40 by bus (n.30)
