This modern and elegant flat has just been renovated and is located in a convenient and well-equipped area, within easy reach of the Ospedale Maggiore hospital and the centre of Bologna. It consists of entrance on living area with double sofa bed, single armchair bed, equipped kitchen, smart TV, double bedroom with wardrobe, desk and smart TV, full bathroom with large shower, washing machine, unlimited WiFi and air conditioning.

The flat is located on the ground floor, so you will not need to climb flights of stairs to reach the flat.
The flat will be delivered with towels and linen of a high hotel standard and single-dose toiletries, as well as basic kitchen necessities (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. I or one of my co-workers will be available during the stay for any problems.

The flat is equipped with a self check-in system, once your booking is confirmed we will provide you with all the details you need to access and complete the online check-in.

Check out is by 11.00am to ensure there is enough time to clean and prepare the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out will be possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.
