Spacious, newly renovated modern and elegant apartment in a convenient and well-stocked area, within easy reach of Ospedale Maggiore and the center of Bologna. It consists of entrance on living area with sofa bed, dining table, smart Tv and fully equipped kitchen. Two double bedrooms on ground floor with smart Tv, third bedroom in loft area with smart Tv, two full bathrooms with shower, washing machine. Unlimited wifi and air conditioning in all rooms.

The apartment is located on the ground floor, so you will not need to climb flights of stairs to reach the apartment.
The apartment will be delivered with towels and linens of a high hotel standard and single-serving toiletries, as well as kitchen essentials (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment. I or one of my staff will be available during the stay for any problems.
The apartment is equipped with a self check-in system, once your reservation is confirmed we will provide you with all the details you need to access and complete the online check-in.

Check out is to be done by 11:00 am to ensure enough time to clean and prepare the apartment for the next reservation. If there are no incoming reservations, it will be possible to check out late by 1 p.m. and at no additional cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service upon request at our office in the city center.
