It consists of entrance on living area with sofa, dining table, smart TV and fully equipped kitchen. Double bedroom on ground floor with smart Tv, second bedroom in mezzanine area with smart Tv, full bathroom with shower, washing machine. Unlimited Wifi and air conditioning in all rooms.

The flat is on the ground floor, so you will not need to climb flights of stairs to reach the flat.
The flat will be delivered with towels and bed linen of a high hotel standard and single-dose toiletries, as well as basic kitchen necessities (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. I or one of my co-workers will be available during the stay for any problems.

The flat is equipped with a self check-in system, once your booking is confirmed we will provide you with all the details you need to access and complete the online check-in.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.
