San Felice Mezzanine

Lovely flat located in the centre of Bologna in a quiet condominium courtyard, it consists of a studio with mezzanine for sleeping area, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, double sofa bed in front of TV, bathroom with comfortable shower. Air conditioning and unlimited wifi.

The flat is on the ground floor, so there are no flights of stairs to reach it. The kitchen is equipped with utensils, 2 fridges, oven, kettle with tea and herbal teas and moka for coffee. Sleeping area with French double bed (140cm) and double sofa bed prepared with high hotel standard linen, bathroom with large shower and single products.

Guests have exclusive access to the flat. The courtyard that the flat overlooks is condominium and shared. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

For reservations exceeding 30 nights, we require a security deposit of €300, which will be refunded upon check-out.
