San Felice Terrace

Bright and comfortable apartment located in the historic centre of Bologna, comprising entrance hall leading to large living room with double sofa bed, dining table and access to private terrace with outdoor dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower and washing machine, unlimited WiFi and air conditioning included. The flat is conveniently located within easy reach of the city's main attractions.

The flat is located on the 1st floor of a building with a lift, so there are no stairs to climb to reach it.
The flat will be provided with towels and linen of a high hotel standard and single-use toiletries, as well as basic kitchen essentials (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

The flat is located in a quiet street in the historic centre of Bologna, a short distance from the two towers. The area is full of shops, restaurants and places to have breakfast or an aperitif. From here, you can reach all the main attractions of the city on foot:

Piazza Maggiore: 17 minutes on foot
Two Towers: 20 minutes on foot
Archiginnasio: 21 minutes on foot
Basilica of San Francesco: 9 minutes on foot
Mercato delle Erbe: 11 minutes on foot
Central Station: 23 minutes on foot

The flat is located within a restricted access area, so it is not possible to reach the flat by car without a permit. If necessary, we will provide you with various parking options in the area when you make your booking.

For reservations exceeding 30 nights, we require a security deposit of €300, which will be refunded upon check-out.
