San Vitale Apartment

A spacious, centrally located flat situated on one of the main streets of the historic centre, just a few minutes’ walk from Piazza Maggiore and the city’s main attractions. It comprises an entrance hall leading to a fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area with a double sofa, a full bathroom with a shower and washing machine, a second guest bathroom, and a hallway leading to three double bedrooms, each with wardrobes and desks. It will be the perfect base from which to explore the city of Bologna.

The flat is on the 3rd floor of a building without a lift, so there are flights of stairs to climb to reach it. The flat will be provided with towels and bed linen of a high hotel standard and single-use toiletries, as well as essential kitchen supplies (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

For reservations exceeding 30 nights, we require a security deposit of €300, which will be refunded upon check-out.

The flat is located in the heart of the city, just a stone’s throw from Piazza Maggiore. From here, you can reach all the city’s main attractions on foot:

The apartment is situated within a restricted-access zone, so it is not possible to reach the apartment by car without a permit. If required, we will provide you with various parking options in the area at the time of booking.
