Comfortable and cosy studio apartment located in the centre of Bologna, a stone's throw from Piazza Maggiore. It consists of an entrance to a fully equipped kitchen, living area with sofa and sleeping area with a double bed, full bathroom with shower and washing machine, air conditioning and unlimited WiFi. It will be perfect for your stay in Bologna!

The flat is located on the 1st floor of a building without a lift, so you will need to climb a few flights of stairs to reach the flat.
The flat will be delivered with towels and bed linen of a high hotel standard and single-dose toiletries, as well as basic kitchen necessities (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At check-in I or one of my co-workers will meet the guests to show them the flat and give them the keys, then we will be available during their stay for any problems.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.


The flat is located within the restricted car access area, so it is not possible to reach the flat by car without a permit. If necessary, at the time of booking we will provide you with the various parking options in the area.
