Sigismondo Apartment

Charming apartment on the second floor of a typical Bolognese building from the XVII century. Just 50m distant from the comunal theater and close to all the main places of interest in the city. Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet and silent. Very bright and cozy, it is composed by an entrance with a desk and a single sofa bed, bathroom with a big shower, equiped kitchen ready to be used, living room with double sofa bed. Mezzanine night area with a king size bed (mattress on a japanes tatami). No elevator. Bicycle park available inside.

Air conditioning, independent heating system, high speed internet wifi, Smart TV HD 40" with HDMI cable to connect it to the pc, kitchen's facilities, burner, oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, coffee and moka.
Hotel's standard sheets and towels , phon, iron and iron board, shampoo and shower gel.
For families with a baby we can provide a baby cot.
City guide and map with indications of all places of interest , restaurants and clubs.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of the historic center and in the university area. The neighborhood is lively and within walking distance of the main tourist attractions.
