Sole Apartment

Modern and bright flat in the centre of Bologna, strategically located between the station and the historic centre. On the third floor of a building with lift, it will allow you to visit the city's main attractions within easy walking distance.
The space consists of a large living area equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, flat-screen TV and double sofa bed, a bathroom with large shower, washing machine and courtesy kit and a large, bright bedroom with desk.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

From the apartment you can walk to these places of interest:

- Central station: 12 minutes on foot
- Piazza Maggiore: 12 minutes on foot
- Two towers: 8 minutes on foot
- St. Stephen's Basilica: 14 minutes on foot

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.
