Elegant and spacious apartment located in the historic centre of Bologna, within easy walking distance of the city's main attractions. It consists of a large entrance onto a bright living room with sofa, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Hallway with double sofa bed and TV. Double bedroom with balcony, second bedroom with two large single beds and walk-in wardrobe. Two complete bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub. Washing machine, air conditioning and WiFi.

The flat is on the 1st floor of a building with a lift, so you will not need to climb flights of stairs to reach the flat.
The flat will be delivered with towels and bed linen of a high hotel standard and single-dose toiletries, as well as basic kitchen necessities (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

The flat is within the restricted traffic area (ZTL) of the centre. If requested, at the time of booking we will provide you with all the information you need to reach the flat and to park your car.
