A central and cosy flat located in Bologna’s historic centre, within easy walking distance of the city’s main attractions. It comprises an entrance hall leading into the living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a sofa bed and a Smart TV, a double bedroom, a fully fitted bathroom with a shower, a washing machine and unlimited WiFi.

The flat is on the first floor of a building with a lift, so there are no flights of stairs to climb to reach it, apart from a few steps. The flat will be provided with towels and bed linen of a high hotel standard and single-use toiletries, as well as essential kitchen supplies (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

For reservations exceeding 30 nights, we require a security deposit of €300, which will be refunded upon check-out.

The property is situated on one of the main streets in Bologna’s historic centre, a short distance from the Two Towers. The area is full of shops, restaurants and bars where you can enjoy breakfast or an aperitif. From here, you can reach all the city’s main attractions on foot:

The flat is located within the city centre’s restricted traffic zone (ZTL). If requested, we will provide you with all the necessary information on how to reach the flat and where to park your car at the time of booking
