It consists of entrance on living area with fully equipped kitchen, double sofa bed, smartTV, dining table, 2 bedrooms, one double and one single, both with wardrobes. Bathroom with large shower, washing machine, air conditioning throughout the house, unlimited wifi.Convenient and autonomous access with Self Check-in.

The flat is on the ground floor, so there are no flights of stairs to climb to reach it. The flat will be delivered with towels and bed linen of a high hotel standard and single-dose toiletries, as well as basic kitchen necessities (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. I or a collaborator of mine will be available during the stay for any problem.

The flat is equipped with a self check-in system. Once your booking is confirmed, we will provide you with all the details you need to access and complete your online check-in.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.
