Elegant attic apartment, quiet with views over Bologna’s rooftops, located in the center of Bologna, allowing you to reach the city's main attractions on foot. It consists of an entrance, a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, a sofa bed, a smart TV, and a lovely private terrace with an awning and views over the rooftops of Bologna. There is access to the sleeping area with a double bedroom and a bathroom with a large shower. Unlimited Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building without an elevator, so there are a few flights of stairs to climb to reach it.

The apartment will be provided with towels and linens of a high hotel standard, single-use toiletries, as well as basic kitchen supplies (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.
