Comfortable and quiet apartment located in the historic center of Bologna, just a few minutes' walk from the city's main attractions. It consists of an entrance hall leading to an open-plan living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a full bathroom with a shower and washing machine, and a loft area with a double bed. Air conditioning and unlimited WiFi are available during your stay. It will be the perfect base for exploring the city of Bologna.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building without an elevator, so you will need to climb a few flights of stairs to reach the apartment.
The apartment will be provided with towels and linens of a high hotel standard and single-use toiletries, as well as basic kitchen essentials (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment. At check-in, I or one of my colleagues will meet guests to show them the apartment and give them the keys. We will then be available during their stay to help with any issues.

Check-in is done in person and by appointment from 3:00 PM onwards to ensure the apartment is clean and ready for guests. If the apartment is ready earlier, it will be possible to check in earlier. After 11:00 p.m. and until 1:30 a.m., it will still be possible to check in in person with a supplement of €20 to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is the option of free self check-in on request.

Check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m. to allow sufficient time for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next booking. If there are no bookings coming in, late check-out is possible until 1:00 p.m. at no additional cost. If necessary, we provide a luggage storage service on request at our office in the city center.

The apartment is located within the restricted traffic zone. Upon request at the time of booking, we will provide you with all the information you need for parking and reaching the apartment.

The apartment is located in the historic center of Bologna, in the university district, a stone's throw from many university faculties and museums.
From here, you can reach the city's main attractions on foot:

National Art Gallery: 5 minutes on foot
Municipal Theater: 6 minutes on foot
Two Towers: 11 minutes on foot
Piazza Maggiore: 15 minutes on foot
Archiginnasio: 18 minutes on foot
Basilica of Santo Stefano: 14 minutes on foot

For reservations exceeding 30 nights, we require a security deposit of €300, which will be refunded upon check-out.
