Apollonia Apartment

Nice apartment located in the historic center of Bologna, in the university area, from where it's easy to reach all the main city attractions by foot.
In the apartment there are a double futon bed on the mezzanine and a sofa bed for one, it can host up to 3 guests. With a full equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, washing machine, air conditioning, unlimited Wifi, the apartment will be a comfortable and welcoming place in the heart of the city.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building without a lift, therefore there will be some flights of stairs to go to reach the apartment.
The apartment will be equipped with high hotel standard towels and linens and single-dose bath products, as well as basic necessities in the kitchen (salt, oil, sugar, electric kettle with tea and herbal teas, coffee machine with capsules).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the check-in, me or one of my collaborators will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, then we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

The apartment is located in a quiet street in the historic center of Bologna, within the university district, therefore very convenient for reaching many faculties, the Johns Hopkins university, but also the S. Orsola hospital. From here you can also reach the main city attractions in a few minutes on foot:
