Broccaindosso Apartment

Nice apartment located in the historic center of Bologna in a convenient area which allows you to reach all the main city attractions by foot.
There are 2 bedrooms: one double with adjoining studio and the other with a large single bed. It can accomodate up to 4 guests thanks to the sofa bed in the lounge. It provides a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with large shower, washing machine, air conditioning, unlimited Wifi.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

The apartment is located in a quiet street in the historic center of Bologna, convenient to the university area, Johns Hopkins university, and the S.Orsola hospital. From here you can also reach the main city attractions in a few minutes on foot:
