Nettuno Apartment

Spacious and elegant apartment located in a central position in the historic center of Bologna. There are a living room with equipped kitchen and sofa bed, a double bedroom with adjacent bathroom and the 2nd floor with double bedroom and adjacent bedroom with single bed and second bathroom. It can accommodate up to 7 guests. Air conditioning, unlimited Wifi, lift, from here you can reach the main city attractions by foot!

The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a building equipped with an elevator, therefore there will be no steps to climb. There will be bed linen and towels of high hotel standard for all guests, as well as single-dose products for the bathroom.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, then we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

The apartment is located in the heart of the city, a stone's throw from Piazza Maggiore, from here you can reach all the main attractions of the city on foot:
