Sant'Orsola Attic Apartment

Attic flat 5 minutes' walk from Policlinico S.Orsola, a short distance from the city centre and well connected to the Fair. It consists of a large living room with double sofa bed, dining table, fully equipped kitchen, two independent and spacious bedrooms with double bed, desk and large wardrobe.
The bathroom with Venetian stucco walls and marble elements has a shower and bidet. Unlimited wifi internet, air conditioning and use of washing machine.

The apartment is located on the sixth floor of a building with a lift only up to the fifth floor, the last ramp must therefore be tackled on foot. The apartment will be delivered with high hotel standard towels and linens and single-dose bath products, as well as basic necessities in the kitchen (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Heating, high-speed fiber optics internet wi-fi, elevator (only up to the fifth floor), 50" flat screen TV.
Kitchen tools, electric hot plates, microwave, small refrigerator, electric kettle, electric moka (coffee maker), coffee and tea. Clean hotel-quality towels and bed sheets, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, shampoo and shower gel.
For families with a baby we can provide a baby cot. City guide and map indicating places of interest, restaurants, clubs. Laundry room shared with another apartment.

At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.
