Apartment prices include VAT.

The price does not include the tourist tax, which is payable in cash upon arrival at €5.80 per night for each guest, excluding children under 14.

If you require an invoice for your reservation, please specify this in the booking notes and provide us with the billing information.

In the event of a cancellation, if the cancellation is made more than 7 days before the arrival date, 70% of the total reservation will be refunded. Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date or after check-in will be void.
